I will admit that 24 years old, doesn’t seem to be the right time to be thinking about life in your thirties, forties, fifties and so on. I’m in the prime of my life, and I haven’t even started climbing the hill to get over it. What if you work in an office all day, at a desk. That doesn’t give you much time to move around freely. I suggest you get up at least once every hour for five minutes and have a walk around the office. If you can’t do this make sure you are moving your legs and feet under the desk. It will keep the blood flowing.
