Get out of your toxic state with natural stress detox

"If you don't think your anxiety, depression, sadness, and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days."-Kris Carr (New York Times best-selling author and wellness activist)

Work, school and even when you're at home you'll at risk of having stress. Well most of us suffer from stress due to different things inside and outside our home. There were times that we feel overloaded with pressure and we can't cope up.  Things that mostly act as an agent that causes stress for examples are loud noises, the negative and unpleasant person/people, health problems, money and much more. You might agree that stress over an extended period is very toxic. Stress can lead to mind and body deterioration.

How can we deal with stress?

Have you heard about stress detox? What is detox by the way?

Detox is a means of removing toxin in our body. It can be done physiologically and medicinally. To detoxify yourself naturally, you might want to consider the following:

*Detox diet: Include probiotic and liver-supporting foods in your diet. Processed and fried foods that we usually eat cannot help our liver function well. Toxic waste should be expelled from the body, and these can be done by consuming food that can cleanse our liver such as beets, carrots, grapefruit, garlic, green leafy veggies, apples, avocados, olive oil, wheat, lemon, and lime to name a few.

*Clear Your Mind: Think of how your body responds to a stressor in your surroundings. Try to let go of your anger or the negative feelings that keep your mind unfocused. Learn to forgive and let go so you could have the peace of heart and mind.

*Make a Plan: Plan your day ahead. Make a "to do list" and make sure to put the most important things on top of your list. Prioritize the things you "must do" over the "should do" and stick to your plan so that you won't need to rush things at the last minute.

*Say "NO": You don't have to say "yes" to everything and anything. Stand up for your will.  Yourself and your family should be on top of your priority. Do only things that can fit in your time.

Cleansing our body should not be done only internally, but also we need to consider detoxifying our mind and heal our heart and soul to achieve a good health inside out.
