A healthy, balanced diet

Getting enough sleep


Not getting enough sleep will make it hard for your child to concentrate in class or when doing homework. Encourage your child to stick to a routine when it comes to getting up in the morning and going to bed. This will allow their body to get into a rhythm. Making sure your child is getting enough sleep, eating well, and taking regular exercise doing something they enjoy will keep them feeling well mentally as well as physically, which will help them approach their learning with a positive mindset.
