There are many things we must pay attention to as we age. There are seemingly endless considerations to be made regarding the way we approach our daily life, the ability for us to continue and thrive in our natural environment, and the best way to craft memories for ourselves and all of the family. As we age, the demands placed on us are all the more important, not least because we want our golden years to be enjoyable.
