Ensuring safety in school sport and physical activity

Summer is already over so now my daughter is finally entering school this year. I already prepared for her school supplies, uniform, and early enrollment. I looked for a school that offers good academic teachings that could help my daughter in her educational milestones. But as a parent, I also want a safe learning environment that ensures my little girl's safety both physically and psychologically.

In every school, children are encouraged to be more active by joining physical activities. A part of a school curriculum is the physical education program which helps develop a child's motor skills, physical fitness, sportsmanship, and competence. The physical activity is a way to help kids develop an active living.

In the US, research studies show that most of the American children are at the risk of obesity. An overweight child is a result of not consuming a healthy diet and little physical activities. This situation also happens in other parts of the world including the UK. To reduce the rising level of obese children, at school, they should regularly engage in physical activities. The Daily Mile has popular activities to provide better health and fitness to students. While the activities are fun, there's also the risk of dangers to children if the environment is unsecured and they are not adequately being monitored. Injuries can happen in physical education activities in running, swings, playing sports or climbing frames. Because no one wants these to happen to any child, safety on playgrounds is being installed. Specially designed tracks are created by School Golden Mile to provide safe outdoor setting at school. A track or playground's surface or flooring can be customized according to your school's needs and budget.

We parents wanted the best education for our children, but their safety can't be compromised at school. As they learn new things every day, all we want is to see them arrive at home safe and happy. Am I correct?
