The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a great deal of concern worldwide, and many people are now taking enhanced precautions to protect their health. There is still no cure for the virus, and it can be deadly in some cases. People are taking a more proactive approach to their health in 2022. It includes checking their blood pressure, heart rate, and exercise levels more regularly with the help of mobile apps and devices. Fitness watches often provide those necessary health data. In addition, many people are avoiding large crowds and staying home as much as possible to reduce their risk of exposure to the virus. Their daily routines also changed, providing for stricter measures like these.
